  I am very disappointed and angry with Dr. Minudri and Pullman-Moscow OB/GYN! I no longer go there even though I still live in Pullman. It takes 7-10 days of daily calling to get a call back from a doctor or his nurse. When I saw Dr. Minudri about my fibroids, he didn't want to give me his advice nor opinion. Dr. Minudri told me to go home, search online about my condition and treatments and then let him know what I wanted him to do. I am not a doctor - he is! He may be good when there is a healthy pregnancy and he doesn't have to deal with complications but in my case he was absolutely incompetent and refused to continue treating me after my gynecological problem caused another health issue. He was supposed to do my surgery but told me (not personally but through his nurse) to take care of the other issue first and then maybe he'll operate on me. He didn’t even speak to me and didn’t refer me to another doctor! Luckily, my physician sent me to another doctor in Spokane. My girlfriend has a similar problem and was trying to make an appointment with Pullman-Moscow OB/GYN. She left a message on their machine and never got a call back. It also seems that the two offices (in Moscow and Pullman) do not have a unified system and you need to call both offices in hopes to catch a doctor and even this doesn't make him call you back. The staff was rude and told me that they could not guarantee that Dr. Minudri would call me back that day and they didn't know when he would. I am very frustrated and unhappy with Pullman-Moscow OB/GYN! If you have a more serious condition, don’t even go there – find another OB/GYN!
